The work of ITG is continous even in extraordinary times, even though some research projects had to be postponed. The enlargement of the protected area of the Great Gobi B SPA made it possible to hire 14 additional ranger which were trained during 2020. Furthermore ranger placed demarcation and information signboards around the enlarged area. Both task were possible thanks to the support of ITG, the Jean-Pierre and Sonja Siegfried Foundation and the „Friends of the Wildhorse”.
